Our home inspection on Merardo Ave. is done. Looks like we will close on October 4th. But the realtor said that owner could back out at the last minute, Please tell us that they can't do that.

O.K. - - - "They can't do that." But in reality, they can....unfortunately.

The deal's never done til the papers are signed and the check cashes!
