Default Beware Colony Cleaners

I generally do not post complaining about services I receive. But, I brought a comforter to Colony Cleaners. The comforter was clean, but since i had it a few years I thought I would bring it in to get refreshed. It came back dirty and dingy. It has a 2inch white border along the edge, and it is now a dingy brown color. I brought it back and asked for it to be redone. The clerk sent it back and it was returned with a note saying "comforters are not recleaned" I asked to speak to the Manager but was told she wasnt there and she would call me. I am being very nice and calm and it is not the clerks fault. She understands why I am upset. Well, still waiting for the call. I asked the clerk for the main office number and was told she couldn't give it to me. All I want is for them to clean it again and give me back a clean comforter. I honestly won't put this on my bed in the condition it's in. Thank you for letting me vent and any suggestions on what else I can do would be appreciated.

Depending on how far you want to take this: you can tell the clerk to have the manager call you or, you will, 1 contact the BBB and file a complaint, 2 contact Seniors against crime and file a complaint, and of course take all future business to another provider.
