On know Don mentioned that there is no place to go on the other side but I would respectfully disagree. A lot of us that live south of the turnpike would benefit from the MMP to the existing areas. Right now, we have only one choice to cross the turnpike on the Water Lilly bridge so someone living in Fenney would need to go all the way to that bridge and then back down to go to Sawgrass or Southern Oaks....

Default Massive construction project

Amazing video showing how huge the project is. Reminds me of reading about the Hanford and Oak Ridge construction projects. Hard to imagine the planning and supervision required.

Especially when the extension from Corbin Trail meets up with Bexley trail.

Does anyone know when Corbin Trail will be open through to connect to Bexley? I haven't heard anything about the northern connectors to Eastport yet.

Absolutely those of us south of Warm Springs and those around Sawgrass and south can’t wait for the MMP to open with connections to Corbin. It will shave 20 minutes off my cart trip from DeSoto to Sawgrass and Southern Oaks. It will also save a lot of time for those Villagers around Sawgrass and south getting to the golf courses in the Fenney area.

Doesn't look like that to me.

It would have been nice to have an exit and entrance ramp for the highway

The Developer typically doesn't announce until ready to open. The video forecast San Tropez Rec center opening early next year.

Stormwater and deep utilities are in and they just poured curbs for the streets.

If I recall correctly, similar areas took around 3-4 months from this stage.

Keep an eye on the GoldWingnut videos.

Dam, we can get to 5 Publix, 2 Win Dixie, 3 Walmart, Aldi, Sprouts, and Fresh Market all within a 25 minute cart ride, with two Publix and Win Dixie within 10 minutes. Bummer, hope more shopping is built near you.

You should go to the Publix at the Lake Deaton Plaza on 44 and Morse. Just take the Morse path north and cross over the Chitty Chatty bridge and you are eight there. That would have to be 20 minutes closer than the one at Magnolia Plaza.
