Thumbs up Bicycle Shopping

After reading a post on TOTV about a great new bicycle shop in Wildwood we decided to take the ride to check things out. The name of the place is Wildwood Cyclery and it's run by a father/son team, Bill & Ron. From the moment we walked into the door we were warmly greeted and took advantage of their expertise in selecting a bike for me that would be user friendly to my 2 make believe hips. Left the shop full satisfied and will be using them for any future bike needs. They do it all and have a nice inventory selection. Thanks to TOTV's for giving me the heads up on this great place.

What brands do they carry? Do they service Giant?

Nice place,, New Store. See how it does.

But I really like Mark over at Spanish Springs,, They have a good selection.

I ended up getting my Bike From Davids World Cycle in Lake Mary. Got a great deal on a Trek Madone. Davids carries alot more of the high end name Bikes and Gear.

Long as you get a good deal.. That is what counts.

I bought a Raleigh which accomodated my make believe hips nicely. I forgot to mention that mention you're a Village resident and all sales come with a 10% discount

Default Mine

I bought the DiamondBack with a few add ons. Worked best with the new knee.

The reason I asked was that I bought a Electra Townie. It has a patented frame design that puts the pedals about 8 inches in front of the seat thus creating a more comfortable seating position. Just was wondering if it was what you bought. Thanks.

After visit and riding Sun bikes in TV, we came back up north and found a couple of new Sun's in a bike shop that recently went out of business... They are fabulous... but a bit of a struggle for hills.... but when we move to TV next summer, they'll be the first thing on the truck! Cannot wait!
