Default BIG house on point in Pennecamp! WOW!

Has anyone seen the very large house on the point of land going out into Lake Miona, the last house on a street of Premiers in Pennecamp?? They are building it now and it is going to be quite a house!! It has a three car plus golf car garage and its' lot is surrounded by water on three sides, so the view is magnificent and such privacy!! I have heard that it has four baths and four bedrooms and that it is a spec house.

Does anyone know whether that is true? It is one of the best, if not THE best lot in all of The Villages in my opinion.

I've heard gossip that it might be the prototype for bigger homes in the new area across 466A. (But it is just TALK)

Friends have just moved into a house very close to it and they are quite curious and amazed at the size and beauty of the setting.

We've been riding our bikes by the lot and stop to rest and use the portapottie. Every time we are there a stream of gawkers like us have come by on foot, bike, cart, and car. Privacy?
We can't imagine how much gawking there will be once it's done. Hopefully there will be a proprietary gate for those last couple homes.

The view is great in one direction, in then other it's lakeside landings.

Before we bought in TV we looked at a couple of nice places on Miona that were not part of the compound.
Their water view of 30 plus years just became the home(s) on the peninsula.

Hopefully we'll get the see the abode when finished before any restricted ride-by is in place.

Since we will not be down for a few weeks, if anyone has a snapshot of the progress, we'd appreciate posting nit.

It looked like the lot was being set up for 2 homes.

It only has one whopper house on the lot. The street dead ends into the water, no turn around. Gates and fences to houses are not allowed in TV so I don't think that can happen. I think I will buy a lottery ticket, which I do once every ten years. What a house and view, I would like to own it!

I thought I read somewhere that they were going to start building some of the Harmeswood style homes on the south side. I thought it was going to be an entire village though. Maybe this is a test.

Default Ye big is it is a big house

and the traffic to see it is as bad as 466 at rush hour, I live across the fence from the BIG house and the traffic dosen't stop until way after dark. I agree that it is a great location. My son and I used fish(in a boat) where that house sits. Oh my how times have changed.

Most Premiers have two-car and golf cart garages. Might the third garage be for the alligators?

Now that GG owns the whole peninsula, maybe the third garage is for the boat.
