Default Bigfoot in the Villages.

BFRO Report 38923: Possible nighttime activity in the retirement community The Villages

I remember Gary Corsair who used to be a reporter for the Villages Daily Sun did a series reports on bigfoot in Florida and elsewhere. I sometimes think that this might have been as punishment for his 2007 Memorial Day story about me and my struggles to get practical materials into libraries here in the Villages area for survivors/victims of crimes. Specifically this was for a link to the Florida Victim Services Directory. Victim Services Directory

You might be able to find Gary Corsair's articles on bigfoot as I seem to remember them being posted in other places on the Web. Unless He was driving the Mosquito truck or one of the cars, I do not believe Big Foot was one of the visitors I referenced In my After Dark thread.

He/she seems to like throwing pebbles at houses.

I've read that BRO report myself. Maybe it hawks golf balls at at night. The thing is still to shy to sit on the patio and have a cold one with me.

As humans we have replaced logic with superstition for two of our emotions, HAPPYNESS and FEAR. For happyness we add characters like Santa Claus, Easter bunny, tooth fairy etc. For fear, we add God to feel protected. Both of these are helpful and harmless, but when we get caught with the unexplainable then our superstitions become dark and ,hence, here comes Bigfoot, vampires, Dracula and aliens.

If we look at human history, I think happiness and especially fear came first, logic would seem to be a fledgling sport for most, just look at the news

Now I have to go to the store. I need to buy cookies for Santa Claus, get quarters for the tooth fairy, stock up on garlic for Dracula and wrap foil around my head to hide from the aliens

As far as I know bigfoot has never harmed anyone not sure why we should fear it. Fearing the unknown?

I've heard the coyotes are just bigfoot's pets.

I stopped by to check out the villages and asked to pose for a picture. Now everyone is making fun of the picture. So I am a little hairy does that make me a bad neighbor. Just so there are no surprises I am house broken so that means your lawn is my bathroom.
