Default Birdcage flooring

I am looking for recommendations/suggestions of what to treat my new cement Birdcage floor which will have a hot tub. I hearing about many different product/price options from doing nothing to expensive. Appreciate any recommendations. Thanks

Under the heading of been there and done that, I can tell you the following:
1. Do NOT use any form of house PAINT, use concrete stain, like the ones sold by Sherwin Williams that are Xylene based.
2. Check your floor for the typical slope, ours was 2 inches over 13 feet, this was enough to interfere with the operation of the hot tub. The result was to manually install a concrete base for the hot tub that was actually LEVEL. For our 8 foot by 8 foot hot tub the base went from .5 inches to 1.75 inches.
Feel free to send me a PM if you would like to discuss over the phone.
