Default Gluten free. Celiac disease

Our grandson has celiac disease and has to live a Very Strick gluten free diet. No cross contamination allowed. . We found a gluten free pizza (very good) at Toscani's in the Mulberry shopping center on Rt42 and a full menu at Mom and Dads restaurant in Lady Lake. If you need to live a gluten free life this will help when you want to eat out.

Caine Gardens also has Gluten free pizza and hamberger rolls. They also carry Gluten free beer for the adults who may be interested.

Just recently hosted our friends as they waited to take possession of their new home. She needs to eat Gluten free. It was a lot easier than I expected to cook gluten free. I substituted mashed potatoes instead of crackers for meatloaf and we ate a lot of ice cream for dessert.
