Default Alaska is warmer than the Villages

Interesting news article I read this morning on CNN.com. As of this writing, Anchorage, Alaska is warmer than the Villages, Fl.

Global warming strikes again.

Now is the time to take advantage of that free snow removal I have heard about. You can always turn those retention ponds into skating rinks! My spirits remain hopeful despite the frigid temps here in Saratoga Springs, NY, as two big, fat Robins were on my patio today. I'm hoping its a sign of an early Spring.

Stay warm my TOTV friends.

I spent 32 years in Alaska, 5 years in Anchorage and 27 years in Fairbanks. I will take this weather over any winter in Alaska.
