I have seen several complaints recently on TOTV about the new Panjo format for classifieds, and I have one more complaint to add to that list. I'm starting to get comfortable with using the Classified screens that are provided through Panjo, but I do have a problem trying to find listed items based on the "Category" drop down list.

Today, one of the new post on TOTV suggested that a person use the TOTV Classifieds to locate a rental. When I tried to find houses available for rental and houses that were for sale on this site, I found there is no drop down category for finding either of these. I couldn't find any way to find any listings for houses. I suggest that the TOTV Admin look at the drop down categories and make some additions to those (e.g. Home Rentals and Homes For Sale) which would help all of us to use this feature.

What do you all think????

I have had many problems with this site, but the search functions seems to be riddled with problems.

I too had issues with this site...when posting an item. Could never find the listing for one thing. Then when I eventually did, found some folks had posted responses that I never got in my "inbox". I did finally sell the item but not through this site. Had to have the admin post "sold" as I couldn't find how to do that neither. Like the "old" way so much better---had great success with that one!!!!

I have always loved buying and selling through TOTV. Now I have 3 items to sell. I am going to post them on the TOTV classifieds. I hope it works for me.

I do not believe rentals are listed through Panjo. If you go to the home page of TOTV, there is a link for real estate for rent. If you click here, it should take you to that page.

Congratulations, your listings are on the Classifed section. After reading your post, I decided I would see if I could find. Saw them under "All" and them using the drop down categories for "Furniture" and "Sporting Goods". So I guess that works.

But I still wonder how to see homes for rent and homes for sale?

It is my understanding that those are not part of the Classifieds, but are a separate part of this forum.

KFierle, I finally saw the link you indicated. It is a little obsure, but it is there. You have to go to "HOME" and then in the left hand "Site Navigation" box, choose "Real Estate" and then choose either rentals or for sale. I guess you REALLY have to want to see it. I'm glad the other categories for items that are for sale aren't quite as complicated. Thanks for your insight. I was beginning to think maybe The Properties of The Villages had something to do with the lack of a drop down link.

Notgolfer, I just discovered a problem with the Messages also. Messages that I had sent to sellers were in MY inbox as if I had sent them to myself. I have contacted Panjo to see if this can get cleared up.

Good News!
I put my 3 items on the classified site.....have sold 2 of them. I have spoken with the buyer, and she says she's picking them up today. Hope all goes well!

have sold many items on this site without any problems. Buying with the search feature doesn't work well when I've tried it

1) The real estate items are listed in the forums under the real estate category. These are not in the licensed software with Panjo.

2) Thanks for the report on the email issues we will follow up as well.

Let us know if we can improve any aspect of TOTV.

I had a great experience with TOTV Panjo classifieds. Sold 2 of my 3 items. Had the people come to my house to pick up the items, and pay me directly. No problems at all!
