Every year I get billed for for Pretreat Sub Total protection..Any thoughts on do I really need it ??

sounds like a renewal of your "termite bond". We keep ours up every year, and we've been in Florida since 1998. Termites are an ongoing problem in Florida. It's best to keep your termite bond renewal.


And, no, I don't own a pest control company.
