As most of you know by now… I don’t post bad reviews. In fact over the years I’ve lived here… I think I’ve only posted one.

Well… It’s time to post a review I think people need to hear.

When I moved here four years ago, I had Aristicrete finish my garage. I actually gave them a good review at the time.

I had wanted a finish that I wouldn’t slip and slide over when wet, but I let another company make the arrangements, and I don’t know what the arrangements were… so I won’t make that an issue.

What the issue is, is that the floor is bubbling up and chipping off. Brian, the gentleman who speaks to me on the phone at Aristicrete, tells me there is only a one year warranty. If I had known that the floor wouldn’t have lasted for any longer than four years, I would have gone another route!

We have since put in cabinets so to replace our floor will be very expensive.

Aristicrete made an appointment to come out this morning at 10:00 am,November 4th to look at the damage and see if there is anything they can do about it.

I called at 10:50 and left a message that no one showed up.

I called again at 11:33 and spoke to Brian. He said he would call and find out what happened and when they would show up.

I called again at 12:44 to find out what was going on and was told that they would need to reschedule.

I explained that today was my birthday and I had spent the day waiting for an appointment.


My thoughts are….. If a garage is going to bubble up at less than four years, what will a driveway do?

I doubt that this will be repaired, or from what I have seen from the company, that they care!

I’m certainly not telling anyone else what to do… I’m just relaying my story.

Mike just called me at 1:34 to tell me that they couldn't make it out to see my floor because everything was falling apart around them and they had one catastrophe after another and couldn't make the appointment.

Just let that sink in for a minute.....

Yes, I know. I hired them before we moved here. I'm adding mine to the mix so that others will have something to make a decision.

I actually gave them a good review when they completed the job. I'm not feeling so good about them now. I've posted this review, in several places and what I'm hearing, is that this is common when they don't do the prep work.
