This forum has gotten out of hand lately. If someone posts something rather innocuous it doesn't require folks to go negative. As the old adage suggests, if you don't have some thing nice to say don't say it. Someone posted a thread about new stores opening at Brownwood. It was followed with a series of negative comments. Why? One of the major contributors to this page has made himself the unofficial gatekeeper. If a thread appears to petty or trivial for him he immediately jumps in and snipes at the person. Why? Why not ignore it? All of us have the right to their own opinion without getting bullied for it.

Overall, a good forum...............but there's always a few.

If you don't have something useful to add to a thread, just skip it. The following comments are not useful:
"What did the manager say?" "Why post this?" "I drive a Mercedes" |

Any time there's more than one person in a room, your going to have differences. It just depends on how you handle it.

You're absolute right. Unfortunately it's pretty much the nature of online forums. The advice about ignoring the few is about the best you can do.
