Default Business Card Info

Bit of a silly question possibly, but I'd like to get some "business" cards...to hand out at places like Pickleball, or anyplace where you meet somebody new and want to easily and quickly exchange contact information.

I'm just wondering what is the usual info you include on such a card. I'm thinking maybe just the very basics...possibly just name and email address. Do most of you include phone number, possibly even address?

Thanks in advance for the assistance.

We include names, email info, street addresses of our house up north as well as our house in TV, and phone numbers.
We use them for many business reasons, as well for social.
I've seen some social cards with photographs.
If you are worried about security, you could just include your name and email address on your personal card.
And then if you decide you trust someone, you could write on your telephone number.

Seems like most cards here have name, address, phone numer and email address. Have seen some with no street address but all have included at least a cell phone number as well as email address.

Default Business Card Info

Thanks for responses. Sounds like...if the cards are only to be used for casual exchange of contact info with new acquaintances...name, email address, and cell phone number would be sufficient...and still safe.

I still welcome further input though.

Yes, very inexpensive and fun to create at vistaprint. We included everything except a short bio, LOL!

We use zazzle for everything from business cards to invitations to cards. They have never disappointed.

Do you suggest one card for both hubby and wifey? Or is there any advantage to having separate cards?

We have both names along with cell#'s and home #, address, email and a picture. It all fits with no problem.

We put a picture on ours from vistaprint.com. We did this because we had a ton of cards from folks but we couldn't really remember who they were. We knew we liked them when we met them, but after 2 weeks and meeting another dozen people, it was hard to put a face with the interaction.

vistaprint.com makes it real easy to upload a good picture, and there is plenty of room left for your contact info.

Ditto for Vistaprint.com You can design your own card. You should put on the card whatever information you feel comfortable giving out. Most people include a phone and email address. We just have our Village Name but not our street address.

We have one card for the both of us ... with a picture of us and the "rest of the story" information. We have only seen (in our limited time here) couple cards versus each spouse having their own info. We write the date that we met the couple on the back with any other pertinent information. We bought a business card book at staples where we store these. We also used vistaprint.
Good luck.

One card for both.
Every year we order new cards from Vista Print because we always seem to have a change in info. And I like variety.

Another vote for vistaprint.com

One can never be too careful but I generally don't hand out a card unless I feel comfortable with whoever, I am talking to. Most people can gather your info, if they really wanted it.

Yep, Vista Print. We have one card for both. Both of our names, our address, both cell numbers and house phone number.
