The only place to get breakfast north at mulberry is Sammy Joes. Many time there is a long waiting list. Really need another place for breakfast up here.

How about a knife/scissors sharpening van---house to house. All knives need sharpening eventually.

Housing that some workers could afford making only 12$/hour. I highly doubt this.

When posters say "We need an affordable driving/shuttle service". That is code for: I'm only willing to pay 7$ for you to pick me up, drive me to my doctor's appointment, wait on me in the parking lot no matter how long that takes, and then drive me back home. The only way a driving service could be financially viable in The Villages would be an annual contract, a subscription-based one where they agree to pay $250/month every month (regardless if they use the service or not) with a per-use hourly fee added on top. This is the ONLY way a business owner and employees could have dependable monthly income while paying for insurance, gas and maintenance fees + profit. Most Villagers would find the business model unacceptable because they only care about cheap and are not worried about someone operating a viable business and being able to make a profit and earn a living.

Uber or Lyft is the best car service the Villages has to offer, always on time and very reasonable.
