Default hit and run by golf cart

Hit and run. I had my truck in front of my home while I was getting ready to wash the driveway. When a golf cart hit it along the side and scratched half the side. The driver speed off before I could get out of the garage door. My next door neighbor saw the cart and was able to get the following

Kitty Upson <kitty_upson@yahoo.com>
I tried using it as an email address but did not get a reply.

IF ANYONE KNOWS WHO THE PERSON IS . PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
THANK YOU.
No I do not want to hurt the person.

I am SO sorry.

Be sure to call the sheriff or the police depending where you live.

Hit and run...so selfish.

Have you given this information to the police? That is who should be handling this, not you. How do we know this is not a setup to help you find someone who doesn't want to be found by you? I don't know you. I'm not accusing you. I'm just saying. I don't often disagree with Gracie, so I may be way off here. If so, please accept my apologies.

I would contact the police and file a report, if I were you.

Actually, you made me think about it. I think it is best to have the LEO's look into it. I would be curious if I had a name, but accusing someone isn't a good idea.

Hope the police find the perp, Gerald.

Who the heck is Kitty?
Our neighbors were told a person: Kitty Upson has filed a complaint about the entire village about residents having objects with the front yards. So I guess Kitty has to much time on her hands to roam the neighborhoods conducting a search of properties. Also, could not find a property owner with the name of Upson in this area.

What struck me odd was it was an email address. I am going to repeat that I am not accusing the OP of anything.

Gerald, was the email address on her golf cart? That Is the conclusion I jumped to. Some people advertise a business.

I think your assessments are ALWAYS excellent VJ, I always shake my head up and down when I read your posts. Your mom did a good job.

I am also trying to find Kitty Upson. If you find her, please post information--address, phone number, whatever.

People who report objects in yards...those names are not disclosed.

Me too. I'm assuming the OP got the name and email address off the cart. If it's not part of a business ad it's an odd thing to put on a golf cart.
