Someone is laying cable along Buena Vista Blvd . Anyone know what type of cable is being installed ? Will the newly install cable be extended to the Villages around Palmer Golf Club ?

I will try to remember to look today, but if you see 3 colored spools, I am going to bet this is SECO laying new higher voltage power lines. They have been doing this North of 466 for a while now. I doubt it is any of the cable companies, as they would need to continue to all of the house, very expensive.
