We saw a beautiful pre owned home today that was the Camden model. We just loved the functionality and design of this model. Can anyone who is living or has lived in one give us their opinion? Would you buy that model again? Likes? Dislikes?
What Villages have these models?
As always so very thankful for any information. You have no idea how much it helps us newbies!

There are several Camden homes located in Virginia Trace. When I purchased mine, I was told that they have the same floor plan as many of the cottages located on the lake near LSL. I have been happy with my choice of the Camden, however, I did make a few minor changes to the floor plan.

My wife and I have owned a Camden since 2007 and we would definitely buy it again. We like the unique angles of the floorplan. When guests come to our house they often comment on how they like the design of the house. We also like the way the lanai is part of the house rather than just added to the back. There is really nothing that we dislike about the Camden model. The Village of Largo where we live has a good number of Camdens. Look for Villages built in the 2005-2010 time period if you are looking for more Camdens.
