This is perhaps one of the most unsettling posts I have ever read on TOTV.

This man, and I use that term loosely, really deserves to be hauled up short by either the authorities or in a court of law. Apparently, others saw this happening. Yet, this miserable excuse for a human being still walked off. He should be made an example of. Once found, I think his home should be subject to protests. He needs to come forward....quickly....and admit his failure to act as a responsible human being. Perhaps his dog should also be euthanized...whether the dog is sick or not. That is the type of pup that should not be welcome in the Villages under any circumstance. And this lousy human being should not be welcome in the Villages either.

I am on the lookout for that cart. If it was driven by an abettor, too bad for him. He, too, should be ostracized.

In most places an animal bite is mandatory to report just like a traffic accident. Leaving the scene is probably a chargeable offense.

This jerk is wearing a shirt that proclaims he is a "Grandpa"! He is really a "GrandA$$" in my opinion. What a great example for the grandchildren! He must be an embarrassment for the whole family. Hope he has enough character to come forward and voluntarily go to the police.
Otherwise, he should be afraid to be here ---- and he will pay somehow.

OP, it might help if you can post a clearer picture that shows the name of the right fender of the cart, and the decorative decal on the front of the cart. If you can't post a clearer picture, can you tell us the name on the cart?

Some suggestions: File a police report even if you dont have his name. Attach a copy of photo to report. See a doctor for treatment to be safe and post his photo on facebook and other social media sites. This should never happen here.

Two sides to every story. Where was your dog during all this? Dogs are dogs, they play and they fight. I have a ten year old very passive beagle and hates the dog parks.

I should have read more carefully. Thanks. I don't live up that way, so I won't likely see the cart, and I wouldn't be surprised if the cart stays in a garage for a while now, but I'll keep my eyes open.
