Default Cap on Amenity Fees?
We are currently paying $150.00 a month for amenity fees. Does anyone know if there is a cap on this or will it go up every year? Thank you.

I believe it is tied to the CPI (Consumer Price Index) and can be raised/lowered on the anniversary of the purchase of your property.

It can not and will not be lowered, the cap is $155.

Nah! Those amenities will be special assessments and those requesting them will be most happy and eager to pay extra to get all the goodies they want.
