Don't fret about it. After you are here in Florida for one season of the hottest months, your body will become acclimated.

Ours was the $500 seat. There is also one for $1200 that has bucket seats, but I found the $500 seat more comfortable. Don't know if there is an after-market for these.

I hate getting into a hot car. The cart is much more fun and parking is easier. 95 degrees with a 19.5 mph self generating breeze isn't so bad.

The cart is always the first choice... we have a 'bug screen' that allows air to flow in, keeps bugs out, and cuts down on excess wind and noise. The cart is my convertible. I find it comfortable, fun, and refreshing.
The only time I won't take it out is if bad storms are threatening or I'm going to be more than 5 miles from home late after dark.

I have to agree with the majority of these posts , I find it very refreshing to put the windshield down and drive about 93 mph and its not bad at all....

only use the cart when going for mail or to Lake Sumter Landing. There really is no practical reason for us to have a cart since we do not golf. My wife does not like driving it. She is the type that grabs handles and presses imaginary brakes as a passenger in a car. Criticizes my driving but never volunteers to drive.

The cart definitely- only take the car if I am going outside the Villages, it is a downpour or I have to buy something too big to fit in the cart (like when I bought my lawn mower).

I love the golf cart even in the bad weather. To me it's one of TVs great things. Only time the car is used is off property where the cart can't be taken. I have a 4 seat and am looking for a good 2 seater. Drove a car or truck everyday for to long, now it's fun time;
