has anyone parked their car at Orlando for a couple weeks while traveling? Do you find this better than arranging transportation down there and back? How do you find rates and book it?

The off-site parking lots at the Orlando airport all charge around $6 per 24 hour time period. Figure in the gasoline costs and the tolls on the Turnpike as well as around the airport. If you are talking about 1 person, I would venture to say it is cheaper to use the Villages Transportation at $35 each way.

I just went on line and saw parking at a hotel near by airport for 56.00 for two weeks. says free shuttle to airport. that would be less expensive than the 70.00 for shuttle. would be two of us. Which do you think is better option?

We are using Marriott park and fly next week. The price (tax and everything) is $41.77 for 6 days. Sounds like $56. for 2 weeks is much better. Will you share the hotel that is giving you that price for 2 weeks?

Just google Orlando airport offsite parking and you'll have many options from about $4/day on up.

We have used The Parking Spot for our parking needs each time we have flown in and out of Orlando. The Villages transportation each way for only one person would in fact be cheaper.

we would not be staying at a hotel near airport. so you think the villages shuttle for 70.00 round trip is a better deal ??

Just returned tonight from a 7-day trip and parked in the north lot. Cost was $10/day with free shuttle to terminal every 10 minutes. Cost for Villages shuttle would be twice that for the two of us.

We parked at one of the off airport lots for about $35 for five days.Gas and tolls are maybe $20. For two of us to take the shuttle would be $140.

I have several times, price wise is a good deal, but not convenient. I now use Village Van, portal to portal
