When I was still working, I often had to get flowers from all over the country -- usually funeral arrangements. I always tried to find out from the locals the best flower shops in their area and called them directly. Believe me, the flowers were a lot cheaper than the online companies.

Mom and I have received fowers from online companies and they don't always arrive in the best shape.
