Thanks to all who supported Fast Cure's fund raising, through ticket sales for the various events we sponsored and also to TOTV management for allowing us to post about our events and allowed us to reach such a large group of people.

I'll update this post after the treatment takes place.
Thanks again.
Eddie

Three cheers for you and the others who made this a reality.

Nice article in the Sun concerning your efforts in getting this gracious act of kindness fulfilled for your neighbor. All involved are to be commended for your efforts.

Great job Eddie and all of you who worked so hard to aid a friend and neighbor. This shows how wonderful the people in TV are.

Arrow Update!

I'm taking Lou Ann to Orlando airport Tuesday morning at 5:30 for her trip to the Dominican Republic for her stem cell procedure. The procedure will take place Weds. afternoon, the 30th,and she'll stay overnight in hospital and return to the Villages late Friday evening.
I'll update this thread for those that are following this thread.
Thanks again to all who helped with our Fast Cure Foundation fund raising events.

As a show of spiritual support, a short nondenominational prayer service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th, at 5PM at the Truman picnic pavilion. Won't you please join us? Please call you friends and neighbors to spread the word.

I've been following this story, and I'm so happy to hear that she had her procedure and is resting well. Wish I was there to welcome her back home to TV! It is very heartwarming to read about how her fellow Villager's stepped up to the plate to help this happen.

Eddie, sorry I didn't make it to the service last night, but my prayers are with Lou Ann constantly. Can't wait to hear about her update after you pick her up on Friday. Give her our love!!

Well the mission is complete,LouAnn is back in the Villages, and resting.
She now needs to rest and let the stem cells build new heart muscle.
Thanks again to everyone for your interest and support of Fast Cure Foundation's fund raising events.

That is great Eddie and I am saying extra prayers that those stem cells are working as fast as they can for a speedy recovery. You and your friends are another example of how everyone helps out in TV. Looking forward to our day when we can become a part of TV.
