Default Solar Golf Carts

Has anyone had any experience with The Cruise Car sold at Solar Golf Carts located in Fruitland Park on 441?

Here's a link to what we are considering buying.

Have not heard anything about them but have heard about AAA Golf Cart in Summerfield. The manf recommends them as well for solar panels. I am going to ck them out as well. I want to buy an electric cart with Curtis enclosure and panels so I will probably need to have cart customized at different dealers, since some only do sunbrella and only one I heard of is golf connection for the door enclosure. Plus I need to upgrade to a higher speed motor with electric.

Hi, what is the price range for this type of golf cart? I went to the site and I could not find any prices.

Thanks,

We saw some at the Marion Flea Market today and we are going to check them out at the 441 site tomorrow. The price was under 8 thousand for a 2oo8 cart. I will post more details tomorrow.

price of a two seater is $7995 4 seater is $8495

We were no impressed with the dealer. Seemed like a small operation.

We are leaving TV on Saturday and will not be back until January so we are going to wait till then to make a decision on the golf cart.

Look in The Daily Sun under golf cart repair and you'll see someone advertises solar golf cart.

After investigation found that the increase of 33% offered by dealers for the solar panels are full of it.

They actually only give 10 to 15% increase in charge and thats on a sunny day with the cart outside for 10 hours.

Were talking perhaps 2.35 amps over that period where they claim over 3 amps of additional charge.

Why spend the money? Wait till others buy and then see if what I say is true. Or buy gas.
