One of the hottest days this summer and the a/c fails last night. Have read all the positive remarks re Chuck Farrell and intend to call him at a 'civilized hour'. Question is...Will Chuck come out on a Sunday? If not, who does. I really prefer Chuck due to all the VERY POSITIVE comments on TOTV re him. Thxs.

I called Chuck, unable to come out until tomorrow. Friend recommended One Hour A/C. Came right out and fixed the problem, checked entire system while he was here. Very reasonable price and took the time to explain the original problem, etc. Very courteous and professional operation. Owner, Richard, was here today and only has 2 other employees. We had Chuck install a complete unit less than a year ago. A few weeks back our unit went out on a Sunday.....he wouldn't answer. Told me on Monday that he is closed Sunday's!!! Seriously.....didn't tell us that when he was selling us on what good service he had!!
