Default Circuit Breaker Popping

A week ago Sunday 11/22 I had about 8 circuit breakers pop around 8pm and the same happened to my neighbor. I could not get any info from SECO. We both also have their whole house surge protector. Did anyone else in the Village of Collier have this problem? Have you found out the cause? Some are saying a shortwave Ham Radio can do this but I really doubt any of my neighbors are Ham Radio people. It has to be something else.

Go to Camping World and buy a plug in type volt meter that stays plugged in all the time with a dial. Monitor your voltage. If your voltage drops, it will require more amps to operate whatever is plugged in. That just might be the problem.

AC Voltage Meter - Direcsource Ltd JL-010204-01 - Voltage Monitors - Camping World

Around the same time (I think as I was not home) several of my neighbors on both sides had breakers trip, village of Pinellas. Our house was not effected, no idea why, except we have whole house protection from SECO.

Several homes, mostly south of 466A have been experiencing this problem. Home Warranty and the electricians all say the same ... it is caused by those using Ham Radio's. The circuit breakers which pop are the one's which have a green label with little white buttons. They are faulty and whole house surge protectors won't stop it from happening. Call home warranty and inform them his has happened several times and they will send out whoever installed your electrical service (Pikes, Exceptional, etc...) to change them out for the new and improved one's at no cost to you.

The surge protectors won't stop it, even the whole house surge protectors.
The circuit breakers popping are second generation breakers which were faulty. They now have third generation ones which won't pop.
Apparently, and this is what I have been told several times by electricians I have been meeting at various homes, is there are Ham Radio operators who seem to be jumping over homes to reach the larger antenna's at the fire houses, since no large antenna's are permitted at homes. I haven't a clue how this works, as I know absolutely zilch about Ham Radios. You may already have the third generation cb and your house is not be effected or your house is not in the direct line of fire, so to speak.
