Does anyone know why the board fence is being removed around the wildlife reserve near the Bailey Trail gate by Lake Miona rec. center?

My guess would be to replace the boards; looked old. It also looks like along some areas of the fence that the posts have been outward about a foot.

Just part of the annual capital improvement project plan. Part of the Project Wide budget.

They have been replacing the fencing along Buena Vista Blvd. the last few months!
