Default Thanks to Southern Star Employees

I recently lost a very dear to my heart Blue Bird birdie pin, when it accidentally fell into the cup on the 6th hole at Southern Star. Dan, the Ambassador tried to retrieve it, but it had fallen through into the sand beneath. Linda, working the Starter's shack, took my name and number, and assured me that she and Dan would contact the ground crew in the morning. I had coincidentally FOUND someone's putter and turned that in at the same time. I rather tearfully left. The pin is as good as a Hole In One badge of honor to me, as I am severely sight impaired. After I left, Linda contacted Dave Williams, the overall manager at Cane Garden, and he instructed them on how to retrieve my pin. Just 30 mins after getting home, I received a call from Linda "we have your pin". I cannot thank everyone involved enough. They all went above and beyond, for someone they never met, and for an inexpensive trinket which could be replaced - but not THE trinket. Thank you all, Linda, Dan, and Dave Williams. Remember, no good deed goes unnoticed. Sandra
