When we recently had our house power washed, they used the pressure washer on the lanai ceiling and paddle fan blades. Obviously, that only works if you're lanai is not enclosed. He did a good job and was very reasonably priced. Let me know if you want the name.

Just a suggestion, if your lanai is enclosed, and you have staining on the ceiling, you may have a mold problem. BEFORE you have this cleaned, it might be a good idea to have the stains checked to see what they are, and then take appropriate action.

Did you have the attic area over the lanai insulated to proper levels when it was enclosed?
Hope this helps.

Also another thought .... if you have ceiling fans, they may be turning in the wrong direction, pulling the dirt up from the floor and not forcing the air down. There is usually a switch on the fan somewhere, to change the direction the blades spin. Good luck!
