Our TV rep did the walkthrough and represented us with presigned papers on a pre-owned premier. Bank wire transfers were completed 1 day before. No hssles and no extra fees just some nice support from TV sales agents

Have any of you closed early via mail, and if you did were you charged the $250 fee for the change order?

In general, was the closing via mail an easy process?

Thanks...
Was going to close by mail and decided to take a 3 day trip to TV and experience it first hand. While not necessary we found it a good experience and were glad we changed out minds.
