Of the past ten posts on Ask the Expert a Golf Cart Question (spanning the five months from 03/22 to 08/28), only two have received a response from "The Expert" - one in March and one in June.

What is the point of that Forum if The Expert is not going to respond to questions? I doubt it is a "paid" position, but it is effectively free advertising.

The previous golf cart expert answered just about every question asked, so maybe it is time for a new, more responsive golf cart expert?

If this "expert" is as responsive in his job as he is in this message board, I would not bother going there at all. Time to find a more responsible "expert".
