Default Women's Bowling League

We are getting ready to close on our home in TV (yeah!!! ) the beginning of Sept. and are newbies to TV (not moving far tho, just from Citrus County). I am wanting to join a women's bowling league (days) for the fall and am looking for a sanctioned league at Spanish Springs. Does anyone know of a good fun league to join that is sanctioned? I could go over for the meeting even though we may not be moved in yet, and depending on start date may miss the first few weeks (willing to pay for those missed weeks).

Haven't seen any fall schedules listed yet but would like to get their meeting and start dates etc since I want to pay my USBC membership and get on a league. Looking forward to joining all the rest of you happy TVers.

I have been a member of the Orange Blossom league for the past 5 years. We bowl on Thursday afternoon at 12:30 at Spanish Spring Lanes. It is a mixed league. There are some very good bowlers in this league as well as mediocre bowlers and everyone seems to enjoy each other. However, we are not a sanctioned league. If anyone reading this is interested in bowling with us send me a pm. At the beginning of the season we are always looking for some bowlers.

I bowl in a sanctioned league on Wednesday mornings. It's all ladies and we do have a great time. You may want to call the lanes, they probably have a telephone number for a secretary or other officer from any number of leagues you could join.

Congratulations on your upcoming closing.

Go to Bowling Center Name | Home
Don't click on the league button the left side with the picture that only gives you the current summer leagues.
Click on the word leagues in the toolbar and that gives the 2012-2013 winter leagues at both facilities.

Great! Thanks for the info. Knew I could count on TVers to provide the info I need and quickly too.
