Is anyone having any problems with the new Comcast Xfinity cable box? Since switching to the new box (smaller than the old gray box), I've had nothing but problems. I've switched boxes twice and still the same problems: no longer have caller ID, TV guide doesn't show programs past two hours; it shuts off on its own; problems recording shows as it cuts off during recording. Comcast tech has checked everything and "doesn't find any problem with the box." Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
