That's only 1.3 gb of data, which is less than most people use. The Comcast service will allow you to pay as you go for data at 12 dollars per gb per month, with no extra charge for unlimited talk and text.

Skip. This cell phone plan sounds like a perfect fit for someone who doesn't actually use a cell phone for what it is intended. I use well over 10gb of data a month (I don't own a computer) and I don't have a land line, and use my phone for business and average 4000 calls a month... It is good that different companies offer different kinds of phones, and calling plans so people have choices. This sounds like a great plan for some, but certainly not for me. I think I sent 900 texts just today! Thanks for sharing this info... Rae

Yes if you surf the web and play movies on your phone, then you have to pay for it. Since November, I still have 0.8 GB left of the 1.3 original. And 5 months left to go.

I'm way ahead of the "average person".
