Default Sunny day, Starry Starry Night

Today and tonight the Villages Astronomy Club is providing telescopes and a Solar System Walk for everyone. It is at Lake Miona Rec center, near the pavilion and pickleball courts

The daytime activities including Solar viewing run from 2 to 5, then the night viewing from 6 to when everyone has had enough.

Most years the skies have been cloudy but today looks great.

It was a cool sight last night looking at the waxing crescent moon with Venus to its left.

We are very excited. Not quite as excited as finding out Molly B is coming to town, but real darn close.
