Anyone know of a good # to reach US based Comcast service agents to discuss my bill without going through the Philippine call center? Thanks - Arnie

Try this ~ it might work!! Call the regular # and WITHOUT pressing any keys (like you have an old rotary phone) just keep hanging on and eventually you will be transferred straight through to a call center in Texas I believe. It always worked for us when we still had Comcast.....

I have been able to reach a US Comcast representative by saying that I wanted to talk with CUSTOMER RETENTION. That usually gets me to the group in the US that has the authority to take care of problems and make offers with new rates just to keep you a Comcast customer. It seems like I always have to say that "I can have a DirectTV van in my driveway tomorrow morning, but I really would like to stay a Comcast customer". That line seems to prompt some action from the CUSTOMER RETENTION group.
