I moved to TV from Maine More than five years ago. We brought our kids up in Limington before moving to Fryeburg. My dad lives in Newfield and loves coming to TV. I love Maine in the summer too.

Hi Mainer. We live in New Hampshire and had our Lifestyle Visit in December. We loved it and are making plans to move Sprin 2014. We met with the real estate agent here in NH yesterday and are beginning the plans to get the NH house ready to sell.
Can't wait!

Not sure how old your niece is and how long in Newfield but my Dad drove school buses for years for the Newfield/Waterboro School District.

My brother also went to Maine Maritime Academy in the mid to late 80's going into the Navy later as a Pilot. I lived in Maine my whole life until moving here. Still have a lot of Maniac in me.

Our house in South Berwick sold in less than a week, so we are packing up and will be house hunting in TV very soon. We are so excited. Hope to meet fellow Mainers.

We are also former Mainiacs who rented and studied this place and looked at new and existing homes until we had worn out a few maps. We sold our home in Maine and bought a new home here in November and moved here, full-time, in December.
We couldn't be happier. We still feel like we are on vacation every day but we never get to the day when we would say "Oh no, we have to go home in two days" because we are already home. PM me if you would like. Everyone will be happy to help you with whatever you need to enjoy your visit and will provide you with plenty of information. It is good to have the benefit of other people's experiences while you consider your future plans.
Bring us some red hot dogs made by WA Beans and some real hot dog rolls.

We are excited for you as you visit for the 1st time...and can promise, this visit probably won't be your last.

We recommend the Lifestyle package to everyone. My husband and I did this and loved every minute, especially driving the golf cart everywhere as well as enjoying the bikes, pool, and golf. They provide you with so much information which is a great selling feature. In fact, 6 months after our visit we became full time residents!

Make sure to go to the squares, visit with people who live here, and read the Recreation News. That paper gives you a sampling of the vast diversity of clubs/sports/activities available here. It's really amazing.
