I have seen several different features on garages in TV. Some have windows in the top panels of the door, some have louvers or vents in the bottom panels and some have large screens that roll down when the door is up. Are they all aftermarket additions or are they available during the design process for new homes? If aftermarket, any local sources for materials and installation? Any ballpark prices?
