Just discovered this auction house. I know they advertise on here, but the bargains are amazing. Every Tuesday night and every other Saturday night at 5 pm. The Tuesday auctions are smaller items and larger items like furniture are on Saturdays. You can preview stuff between 3-5 pm. It's near 301 & 44. I bought an almost new Sharp microwave for $7.50. Also bought a beautiful brass clock for $20. A dining room set was sold for $50. If you need to furnish a rental property you need to check them out.

Thanks...I cannot believe the place isn't packed. They just opened in March, so I guess they still need to be discovered. What amazes me even more is that there are hardly any young people there. If there was a place like this when I was young and struggling financially, I would have been over the moon.
