There are pack and ship at Colony and Pinellas plazas where you can drop off FedEx, UPS, or USPS packages. I do not know of any drop boxes.

The drop boxes can't always handle boxes very well. If they are near an office complex many times they are already filled and a box will not fit in them. I would go to one of the pack and ship locations to drop off a box.

Some Fed Ex drop boxes only take express Fed Ex envelopes. Many do not accept ground packages. If you go to the Fed Ex website you can find drop boxes by zip code and what delivery methods are available at each location.
