Default Company coming for Thanksgiving - Trolley Ride?

I've not been on the Trolley Ride through TV and don't know how to make reservations for three? Is there a posted schedule of times it leaves? How long is the ride and where does it go? I've searched every site I could think of and have not found any info. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thx.

Hi Doodlegirl, what I do when I have questions like this, and after 4 years of living here I still find myself needing information, is just call The Villages' main ph # (from thevillages.com) and ask them; since even sometimes when I think I know the answer, or someone gave me an answer, the details (schedule, etc) may have changed, so I want to make sure by calling TV directly.

So, try calling them at (352) 753-2270 (or 800-245-1801) and they will steer you in the right direction, or tell you where to call, etc. They have always been helpful when I have called.

I don't think you need to make reservations but it's always good to check the exact schedule and plan accordingly by calling the sales office.

We've always done this in person...down at the Sales and Marketing at LSL. I think they generally begin at 9 or 10 in the morning. I know the last time we checked in it was full and we had to wait a 1/2 hour or so until the next "ride" came around.

I will call the sales office. Coming home from Publix this afternoon I saw one
turning into the new development and it was empty. I'll check to be sure.

Default Trolley Ride

I just took the trolley ride during the first week of November and it was excellent. It took about 45 minutes and went from the sales office at Lake Sumter Landing down to 466A. The guide was informative and talked about every aspect of TV living from golf courses to country clubs to many other activities. She had a wonderful sense of humor and is actually a Village cheerleader. What a great lady.
I would encourage everyone to take the ride at least once and perhaps as a refresher course on the latest happenings in TV. I believe there were 4 times available. I went on the trolley leaving around 10 or 10:30. There is one at 1:30 and the last one is at 3:00. I forget the time for the earliest one (maybe around 9 AM). Definitely call the sales office for exact times.

Default Trolley

You do not need to make reservations for the trolley but they do go out four times a day. Please remember that we will be closed on Thanksgiving!
