What's with all the Traffic/saftey cones on Morse near the bridge?.

Friday night at 11pm, they were doing road work. They must be working at night so as to not delay us.

I just rode through there and was surprised to see all the cones on the side of the road. With 25+ winds forecast, they could be blown all over the place.
