Default Construction across from Colony Shell?

Noticed over the weekend that the lot across from the Colony Shell station, south side of 466A, is in the process of being cleared and today there is some heavy equipment moving the dirt. That property is owned by The Villages and I am not sure but wonder if that could be the Medical facility they have been talking about building along 466A.

That sounds logical since the new building holding medical offices is right next door. Dr. Yelamanchi has her 2nd office in that building. At least its not another tire store, ugh!!!

Nice if it were to include a filling station. The Colony Shell is about 15 cents higher than anywhere else, IF they have gas at all.
