Default Cop gave tickets in front of charter schools

I was on my way to the post office on 466 and I saw a cop pull over a car for speeding. The speed limit is 20 when lights are flashing.

After I mailed my letter I turned around to go back home and I saw the same cop pulling over another car. Must have been a good day for writing tickets.

Don't forget to slow down when lights are flashing. The cop has a good hiding place.

That's the first time I ever saw a cop working that area.

I saw a patrol and motorcycle cop stopping vehicles this morning for speeding in front of the schools.

They always patrol that area closely before and after school.

They have been doing that for years..... and i welcome it. i work in a store on 466 and if you saw how people fly down that road... there is a school there and children walk along that road and cross that road... If u cant follow the rules, you get a ticket

Congratulations to the police for performing their job well in the school zones. That is something we noticed immediately when moving to Florida. It's not just here, but all cities within the state that we've visited. Easy to avoid the ticket by not speeding or tailgating in that area. No surprise involved with that.

Are u serious?? It's a school..... there are children walking across to get to the fast food restaurants and/or Fresh Market.... apparently you dont spend much time in that neck of the woods... Nevertheless, it's a school zone - you speed .... you get a ticket!
Simple as that!
