Maybe at the Savannah Center but for sure at places like Stapeles, Office Depot and OfficeMax.

I believe the pack and ship stores (colony and Pinellas) have these services.

I never Fax anymore- can you scan and email on your home computer?

I believe you need a printer/copier in order to scan and send to your computer for emailing. It sounds like perhaps OP doesn't have a printer.
