Has anyone within the past couple of years replaced their roof on at Ease Cottage home? Considering buying an at Ease Cottage and one I’m looking at has a 15 year old roof that I’m sure will have to be replaced soon. I believe the square footage of this type house is 2100 sq ft. Having an idea of the replacement roof cost will help if I decide to make an offer. Thanks for all replies!

Anything under $16,000 is worth considering. Get three estimates and make sure you choose high quality shingles. The better quality will not streak in the hot Florida sun. The Roofing Guys did ours.

About $600 a square(100 square feet) of roof size. We used Next Dimension. Paid nothing up front and did a great job.
