I just recently purchased a courtyard villa in the Lake Sumter area and the former owner put in a small pool much like a oversized spa. He did not enclose it with a birdcage. There is a slab of concrete surrounding the pool so I don't think a slab will need to be installed. I am looking for approximate square foot cost and recommendations for companies that folks were happy with.
