Looks like the Villages will be starting development of the new project designed for families that work in the villages. more than likely they will be doing this in two fazes with a maximum of 542 single family homes. it will be located on 301 just south of 466. just down the street on 301.
In addition Mission Oaks is adding to there beautiful extended care facility by adding an additional 30,000 sq. ft 33 bed facility. it's my guess that the need for village like housing will be filled by the families of doctors nurses etc.

My mom is at Mission Oaks and I haven't heard anything of their expansion. As a matter of fact, they are having issues staffing for the population they currently serve.
