Default Courtyard Villa with One Bathroom?

We saw a courtyard villa advertised for sale (pre-owned), and it's listed as having one bathroom. I thought they were all 2 bed, 2 bath. Anyone heard of any with just one bath?

There is one near me that has just one bath although I believe they added another in the garage. I also believe the master bedroom is bigger than in the 2/2 CYVs. It may have been an option earlier on but I don't know that for sure. I have seen only one other 2/1 when we were looking and it was in a section near SS.

Yes, we owned a courtyard villa with 2 br and 1 bath on Panchos Way near El Santiago. We made the purchase a few years ago with the purpose of renting it out to use toward an investment for our future retirement home in TV. Well, it turned out to not be such a good investment as renting it out was a problem. Everyone wants 2 baths!!!!! We didn't keep it very long.

Nigranny,
I have some good friends near me living in one bedroom, one bathroom patio villas. They love them-great price, cheap to cool etc. and a good way to keep guests to a short stay!
These were built in 2004 on the new side. Good news is you get all the amenities as anybody else.

I love that about keeping guests to a short stay.

We only have one room in our current house furnished as a bedroom - ours. It keeps the kids from ever thinking about coming back. - ha, ha.
